"Come On" is the signature phrase and intro that distinguishes Rally Bopp from his dancehall contemporaries. He was born Rohan Wilson in 1981 and hails from Linstead, St. Catherine Jamaica where he spent the first 10 years of his life. He migrated to New York City in 1991 to reside with his mother and older sister. At age 12, the magic began. Rally Bopp began to perform cover tunes and writing poetry, which soon lead to song lyrics. In 1995, he got an opportunity to perform at several nightclubs in New York City. He hypnotized people with his lyrics, and his stage performances left the crowd speechless. His confidence increased and he decided to pursue music as a career.

In 1997, he began to start voicing for different producers. His first two songs were "She's Like An Angel" and "Love Me" which caught the attention of producer Flabba from Mo Music. Flabba decided to create a duo including Rally Bopp and singer Christopher. The outcome was 3 big tunes: "Bashy Bashy", "W-ich Gyall", and "Gwaan Michelle" which dominated the clubs and local radio stations. The duo later split and Rally Bopp took a musical hiatus.

After about a year of deep soul searching, he decided it was time to get back into the business and pursue a solo career. He collaborated with producer Lenky from Shy Shy Records and voiced on one of their newest riddims at the time, called the "Shagadelic" in November 1999. The single was "Who She" and it received massive radio play in the United States and abroad. This contributed to "DJ OF THE YEAR - MALE - NATIONAL" Nomination for the 13th Annual Tamika Reggae Awards and many performance opportunities.

Rally Bopp has shared the stage with some of the most prominent names in reggae music. Performances include Guiness Reggae Carifest 1999-Downing Stadium, 'Champions In Action' and the Entertainment Report (a TV show) in Jamaica in the summer of 2000, Hot Shots New Kingston 2001 [Shaggy, Rick Rok, Elephant, Baby Cham, Lexxus], 4/14/01 at Amazura featuring: [Rally Bopp, Elephant Man, Lexxus, Mr Vegas, Bushman, Bling Dawg, Hawkeye, ALizade, Plucky Ranks, Major Mackerel & Singer J], Sizzla & Freddie Mcgreggor live at Amazura 10/25/03, Irie Jamboree 2003, Bounty Killer at Amazura 2003, Westchester Reggaefest 2003 [Buju Banton, Buju Banton, Fat Joe, Chuck Fender, Anthony Cruz, Rally Bop and Asahanti Reid], Buju Banton at the Palladium- NY 11/2002, Baby Cham (Vitamin S) at the Emerald Lounge, Bronx, NY 10/12/2003 and New Jersey Reggae Splash-Newark 2003.
